Payments & cancellations

Refund policy.

We price and schedule our work around agreed deliverables. This policy explains when refunds or other remedies may apply.
01

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, you may be entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for an agreed purpose, or is not supplied within a reasonable time when no time is agreed.

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy you have under applicable law.

02

Change-of-mind refunds

We are not required to provide a refund because you change your mind, your priorities change, you no longer need the service, or you expected a different commercial result where the agreed service was properly supplied. We may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.

03

Deposits and work completed

Deposits reserve capacity and may also cover discovery, strategy, planning, administration and work already performed. If you cancel, any refund will be assessed against the services completed, committed third-party costs and the cancellation terms in your proposal or service agreement.

We will not retain amounts for services we have not supplied where doing so would be unlawful.

04

Advertising spend and third-party costs

Advertising spend paid to Meta or another platform, software charges, production expenses and other third-party costs are generally governed by that provider’s terms. We cannot refund amounts already charged or irreversibly committed to third parties, but will reasonably assist you to pursue any available provider remedy.

05

How to request a remedy

Email hello@mingleagency.com with your name, invoice or project details, the issue and the outcome you are seeking. Please contact us promptly after discovering a problem.

We will review the request fairly and may ask for information needed to assess it. If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

06

Project-specific terms

Your signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement may contain specific payment, pause, rescheduling and cancellation terms. Those agreed terms apply to the extent they are consistent with the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law.
